Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip and draped bust of Serapis, wearing calathus, facing one another / Magna Mater (Cybele) seated left on throne, holding patera and resting elbow upon tympanum; lion seated to left and right. AMNG I 3604 var. (obv. legend); Varbanov 5789 var. (same). VF, green-brown patina. Rare.
